Dies Suddenly

Walter E. McClintock, 70, of 1021 W 8th St., died suddenly at his home early Monday morning. A resident of Anderson for the last 50 years, he had been employed for 22 years with Delco-Remy Divisuon and had worked for the past 12 years in the maintenance section of the city water department.

He was a native of Lapel and was horn July 5, 1892 the son of Oliver E. and Leora Wise McClintock. He was a member of the First EUB Church here, the Masonic Lodge at Lapel, the Order of Eastern Star and the Indianapolis Valley of Scottish Rite.

Survivors include the widow, Thelma; a son Jon William of Anderson, a sister Mrs. Myrtle McDonald of Anderson and 2 brothers, Hershell McClintock of Lapel and Cecil McCintock of Indianapolis.

Friends may call at the Harold E. Rozelle Funeral Home after 3 p.m. today. Service will be conducted at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Philip Hillsamer of the First EUB Church. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery.
