Mr. McDaniel Fitzgerald died at 11 o'clock Sunday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ed Ruhl in this city.

The deceased was born in Rockford, North Carolina 66 years ago. He studied law in Chicago and later practiced in Nebraska.

He leaves two sons and two daughters, Mrs. S. G. Kirby and Mrs. E. O. Ruhl of this city and O. P. Fitzgerald of Pioche, Nevada and J. W. Fitzgerald of Grand Junction, Colorado. All were in attendance at the funeral which took place yesterday from the Methodist church. Death came after a brief illness from pleuro pneumonia.
