Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Danforth Funeral Home, Roberts, with Rev. James Roger presiding. Burial will be in Thawville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
He was born April 4, 1907 at Colfax, a son of Walter and Lena Tammen Cresswell. He married Katheryn Lawrence Dec. 25, 1929 at Ottowa, Kansas. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, now of Gilman; one brother, Harold of Piper City; one sister, Mrs. Louise Danforth of Pontiac; several nieces and nephews.
