Visitation will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove, Prescott.
Services will follow at 11 a.m. in the same location with burial afterward at Heritage Memorial Park, 12000 Heritage Memorial Lane, Dewey.
