Funeral services for Barbara Ann Criss LeCocq, 75, were held May 30 at Allen Funeral Home Chapel in Wylie.

r. A.L. Draper officiated, and interment followed at the Wylie Cemetery.
Mrs. LeCocq died May 27, 2010, in Dallas.
She was born in Terre Haute, Ind., and was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Elizabeth Criss.
With her husband William (Bill) LeCocq, she moved to Wylie in 1961. They lived in the same house for 48 years. Mrs. LeCocq was active in many civic and church organizations including First Christian Church, Christ Community Church, the Wylie Book Club, Wylie Community Center and PTA. Her family said "her greatest love was opening her home to members of That Wylie Band." She served as the band support group's treasurer and concession stand director for numerous years.
In 2000, Mrs. LeCocq retired as personnel manager from the city of Wylie. She worked for the city for more than 13 years.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Bill LeCocq; three children, daughter, Michele and her husband Mike of Fort Worth, son, Bart of Wylie, and daughter, Abby and her husband Mark of Fort Worth; three grandsons, Christopher Ryan, Zachary Ryan and Matthew Griswold, all of Fort Worth; sister, Nancy Town of Indianapolis, Ind.; four nieces; and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Dallas Chapter, 4144 N. Central Expwy., Ste. 750, Dallas TX 75204.
