The death of William D. Collins, father of John W. Collins, 7642 Peoria st., occurred last Friday afternoon at the the German Deaconess hospital following an operation for appendicitis.

He leaves his wife, Hanoiah(?) Collins, and another son, Thomas E. Collins.

The funeral will be held at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday morning from his residence, 4748 Union ave., to St. Gabriel's church, where solemn requiem mass will be celebrated and interment will be at the Sag Bridge cemetery.
