Catherine "Cat" Wilkerson, age 83, of Covington, Georgia formerly of Loganville passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011. She is survived by her family; Connie & Bobby Knight, Scott & Shane Knight all of Covington, Claud & Geneva Wilkerson of Loganville, Betty Wood of Lilburn, Patricia Wilkerson of Loganville, Dixie & Henry Short of Loganville, Ione Wilkerson of Prescott, AZ; nieces & nephews, Rex, Barry & Larry Wilkerson; Donny, Rick & Randy Mobley; Vicki Ivey, Becky Chappel, Mike Wood, and Ken Wilkerson. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Lessa (Ewing) Wilkerson of Loganville; three brothers, Donald and Louie Wilkerson of Loganville, and C.W. Wilkerson of Arizona. Ms. Wilkerson was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on May 27, 1928 and attended Loganville High School. Her greatest joys in life were cooking and collecting recipes. She had hundreds of recipes and everyone knew that her recipes "better not go missing."A Graveside Service Celebrating the Life of Catherine "Cat" Wilkerson will be held Friday, November 25, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Snellville Historical Cemetery with Rev.
