Info. below from Tree Leaf (#47481781).

MACOMB, Sept. 14. -- Glen Patrick Barclay, of Scotland township, is the fortunate possessor of four ancestors in a straight unbroken line on his father's and mother's side of the house. The young man probably does not appreciate the distinction which is his, as he is still quite young. The case is very singular, and one which does not often occur.

All of the parties, seven in number, were in this city, and had a fine large group picture made at the Wheat studio. W. R. Jenkins, of the studio, who made the photograph, said that it was a very extraordinary occurrence to be called upon to make one of a group of this character, although a single group of four is quite common.

As before mentioned, there are seven members of the group. They are, first of all, the youngest, Glen Patrick Barclay. Next is his father and mother, James R. Barclay and Mrs. Della Barclay. On the side of Mrs. Barclay, the picture contained her father, George T. Patrick, and lastly, his father, Charles Patrick, the boy's great-great-grandfather.

On the side of the child's father is, after the father himself, the boy's grandmother Mrs. Jane Barclay, and great-grandmother, Mrs. Anna McAllister, Mrs. Barclay's mother.
