Georgia Mae was like a sister my mother never had. Mom always spoke fondly of her. One story she told Georgia Mae and Mom wanted to go to the movies. To get on the good side of Mom's parent's, she & Georgia Mae decided to herd the cattle in. All went in but one. Mom & Georgia Mae pushed & shoved until they got her in but it was quite a job. Afterwards they found out the cow didn't belong Papa, but had wandered in with the herd. Georgia Mae died from complications following childbirth. She was the wife of Otto "Toady" Bobst who remarried & died in Pennsylvania.
