Her headstone shows her born on the 11th. I have found no birth record and haven't been able to verify the correct date except Social Security also shows the 11th.

Gladys Belle Moxley Fentress, 96, of Hardinsburg died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011. She was born July 15, 1915, in Ohio County. The Breckinridge County life time resident was a member of Hardinsburg Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery, served on the kitchen committee and went on several mission trips to Wyoming. She was a devoted homemaker, flower/vegetable gardener, canner, basket maker, beader and any other craft that was taught by the Homemakers Club.

Survivors include her sister, Alice (Ralph) Zerrusen of Teutopolis, Ill.; four grandchildren, Tracy (Jerry) Monarch of Owensboro, Pam (Mike) Wilson of Leitchfield, Travis (DeVera) Fentress of Lewisport, and Scott (Nicki) Fentress of Maceo; seven great-grandchildren, Rachael (Alex) Hagerman, Gina (Matt) Williams, Ryan Monarch, Sean Fentress, C J Fentress, Amber Fentress and Terri Wilson; several cousins, nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Morris Fentress; and two sons, Russell and Noah Fentress.
The funeral was Sunday, Nov. 27 at Hardinsburg Baptist Church with burial in Ivy Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
