Mrs, Hannah Fulton, of North Strabane, died early on Sabbath morning at the home of her son, R. D. Fulton, in North Strabane township, in the 77th year of her age. She bad been in ill health for a long time past, but was able to be about until two months since. Mrs. Fulton's maiden name was McMillan. She was a granddaughter of Dr. John McMillan, the pioneer Presbyterian preacher of Western Pennsylvania. Her husband, John Fulton, died a good many years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Fulton had a family of nine children, seven sons and two daughters. Of the sons, R. D., William, James and John live in North Strabane, while J. R, lives near Vanceville and Thomas resides in the west. The eldest son, Dr. Samuel Fulton, of Washington, died last winter. Of the two daughters, one is married and the other, Miss Belle, resides with her brother, R. D. Mrs. Fulton was for many years a consistent member of the Greenside Avenue U. P. church. The funeral services, which were held on Monday at 2 p. m., were conducted by Kev. D.K. MacDonald. The interment was in the Hill church cemetery.
