Mrs. Albertina F. Shoup, 92, of 1533½ Lowell Ave. died at 10:10 am Sunday at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. She was born April 18, 1875 in Germany, the daughter of Carl and Caroline Patel Zimmerman. Her husband, William I. Shoup, preceded her in death in 1955. Mrs. Shoup had been a resident of Springfield for 80 years. She is survived by two sons, Roy W. Shoup of Springfield, Duane F. Shoup of St. Charles, Mo.; one daughter, Mrs. Thelma F. Nases of Springfield; one sister, Mrs. Freda Runge of Auburn; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Staab Funeral Home with Rev. A. Burd Arganbright officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
