WILLIAMS Pauline Williams, 87, of Hemlock, passed away Friday, August 27, 2004 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville. Born April 14, 1917 in Monroe Township, Perry County, the daughter of the late John and Bertha (Maxwell) Fouts. She was the former Post Master of Hemlock. Member of the Drakes Sunshine Club, Corning Senior Citizens. She was a New Lexington Senior Center Crafts Volunteer. Member of the New Lexington Christian Church, 4-H advisor and enjoyed traveling. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and George Owen of McCuneville, Janet and Frank Arkley of Shawnee; grandchildren, David (Rita) Owen, Glouster, Tim (Kris) Owen, Carroll, Steve (Nikki) Owen, Heath, Karen (Clay) Jenkins, Reynoldsburg, John, Jason and Andrew Arkley , all of Shawnee; great-grandchildren, Alex, MacKenzie and Kate Owen; brother, Harold (Goldie) Fouts of Columbus; sisters, Dorothy Nelson of Pickerington, Elaine (Mark) Weber of Jefferson City, Maxine (Bernard) Klonowski of Independence; sisters-in-law, Delphia Landis of Baltimore, Oh. and Mary Petty of Columbus; brothers-in-law, Arnold Williams of Columbus and Bill (Jo) Williams of Delaware; several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dave Williams, brother Glenn Fouts, sisters May Williams, Leona Becker, Lois Ziegler and an infant sister. Friends may call anytime after 2 p.m. Sunday, August 29 at the J.E. HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME, 118 W. Walnut St., Shawnee. Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 30 at the funeral home with James Baston officiating. Interment Beechgrove Cemetery.
