She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Jackson Warr (Kenneth) and Rachel Jackson Moore (Andrew) and grandchildren.
Sara was a public health nurse for the Jefferson County Department of Health for over 30 years where she served as Assistant Director of Public Health Nursing. She was an avid reader and was the top reader for her age group of the Summer Reading program at First Baptist Church of Trussville for many years.
Services are Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel with Bro. Bobby Erwin officiating. burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
