Billy Joe Stewart of Cedar Creek passed from this life November 25, 2011 at the age of 76. He was born February 11, 1935 in Lampasas, Texas to Lillie Mae and Douglas Stewart.
He is preceded in death by his son, Robbie Stewart, his parents, sisters, Dorothy Wooten, Mary Wooten, and his brother, Thomas Stewart.
Billy is survived by his wife Florence of Cedar Creek, daughter, Centhia Fleming and her husband Tim of Cedar Creek, three grandchildren, Dustin Groom, Jonathan Groom, Ashley Groom, sisters, Ruby Haywood, Odessa Tendale, Joyce Mosher, and Essie Cromer.
Visitation will be from 2PM to 3PM, Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home in Bastrop, Texas.
Memorial Services will begin 3pm, Tuesday at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home.
Burial will be ___(time pending)___ pm Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass, Texas.
