Carole Ann Marshall, 54, of Box 156, Pageton, W.Va., passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at her residence. Carole had been a resident of Pageton for the past 25 years and was Catholic. Carole was born September 26, 1957 in Philadelphia, Pa. to George Newson and Delores Rys Newson, both of Philadelphia, Pa. Carole was preceded in death by one son, Charles Marshall; and one grandson, Kane Blankenship.
Left to cherish her memory include her husband, Charles D. Marshall of the home; one son, Timothy Marshall and wife Mickey of Pageton, W.Va.; three daughters, Mary Blankenship and husband Miles of Bartley, W.Va., Sarah Marshall of Philadelphia, Pa., Kelly Marshall of Pageton, W.Va.; parents, George and Delores Newson of Philadelphia, Pa.; one sister, Joan Conklin of Philadelphia, Pa.; three grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, W.Va. with the Reverend Vance Leach officiating the service. At the request of Carole, following her funeral service, she will be cremated. Burial will follow a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, W.Va.
