Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Grace Stanley, 77, of 2922 Washington St. at 10:50 p.m. (sic) today at Sorrels / Sons Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Howard Jones will preside. Burial will be at Jacobia Cemetery.
Mrs. Stanley died Monday at a local hospital after an illness of six weeks.
She was active in the First Baptist Church activities before her illness.
Survivors are two sons, J.D. Stanley of Lake Port, Calif. and C.B. Stanley of Tulsa, Okla.; a brother, Redius McKenny of Tulare, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. C.W. McClurg of Greenville, Mrs. Alton Foley of Midland and Mrs. Hershal Woodard of Visila, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Roy Waddle, Burton Fleming, Arnold Grant, Eddie Montgomery, Tom Clifton and A.A.Shumate.
