She is survived by two sons, Ken (wife, Shirley) Coffman and Ron (wife, Jeanne) Coffman, both of Chapin; two daughters, Joyce (husband, Tony) Crews and Beverly (husband, Joe) Buchanan, both of Chapin; none grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by on granddaughter and three brothers, William F. Young, Jr., Eugene Young and Paul Young (surviving wife, Mildred of Jacksonville).
She and her husband owned and operated George's Furniture and Auction in Jacksonville for nearly 50 years. She was a member of Brooklyn United Methodist Church; Jacksonville V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and a 50 year member of Women of the Moose.
Services were entrusted to Williamson Funeral Home of Jacksonville, Illinois.
