Julia R. "Judy" Buscher, 90, of Noblesville and formerly of Atlanta, died Monday, November 28, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born May 26, 1921 in Pendleton to Albert Elwood & Pearl Frances (Lee) Tyson. On February 9, 1945 she married Frederick J. Buscher and he preceded her in death on April 13, 2006.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Atlanta Christian Church. Judy belonged to the Atlanta Christian Women's Fellowship, Atlanta Women's League, Atlanta Senior Citizens and was a past member of the Rural Carrier's Auxiliary. She was also a past member of the Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and a Buena Vista Home Demonstration Club member.

Survivors include two sons, Phil Buscher and wife Pat of Jeffersonville, and Bob Buscher and wife Ann of Crawfordsville; one daughter, Linda Haggadone of Romeo, Michigan; one brother, Glenn A. Tyson, Anderson; 11 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Judy's funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, Tipton with Rev. Harold Barnett presiding. Burial will follow in Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Atlanta Christian Church, 200 E. Main Street, Atlanta, Indiana, 46031.
