Olen Cyril Gunn – an 88 year-old native of Stonewall, MS and longtime resident of Saraland passed away at his home on Thursday, November 24, 2011. Mr. Gunn was a United States Navy veteran of World War II. He retired from the University of South Alabama as the Investment Accountant after many years of service. He was a charter member of the Southern Methodist Church of West Mobile and enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his family. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Monday, November 28, 2011, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the service hour. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
