ARNETT — Pearl Rebecca Webb Ash of Arnett went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, at the Bower Hospice House, Beckley, after a long illness.

She was born Aug. 7, 1911, in Olive Hill, Ky., a daughter of the late James Kopac and Sarah Bell Reynolds Webb.

She was a member of the Arnett Chapel, Arnett.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Earl Ash; a daughter, Mary Belle Taylor; and one granddaughter, Carla Milam Tucker.

She is survived by a son, the Rev. Earl C. Ash and wife, Patricia J., of Fredericktown, Ohio; two daughters, Marie Smith and husband, George, and Joann Milam and husband, Jr., all of Arnett; a brother, James Webb Jr. of Ohio; 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Arnett Chapel, Arnett, with the Pastor Terry Dean officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery at Rock Creek.

Friends may call two hours before the service Wednesday at the church.
