Alden Rogers Taylor, 63, 407 13th East, died Friday morning at home of a heart ailment.

Born June 11, 1897, Provo, to Thomas Nicholls and Maude Rogers Taylor. Married Mary Caroline Hughes Jan. 21, 1921, Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

With Taylor Brothers department store, Provo, many years. Retired in 1960 after working with National Labor Relations Board as liaison officer between labor and government in California.

Survivors: widow; daughter, Mrs. William W. (Helen) Barrett; three grandchildren, Salt Lake City; brothers, sisters, T. Sterling Taylor, Lester R., Delenna, Provo; Victor R., Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Ethel T. Sessions, Los Angeles; Mrs. Mary T. Clayson, Salt Lake City.

Funeral Tuesday, 2 p.m. Berg Mortuary, Provo, where friends call Monday, 6-8 p.m., Tuesday prior. Burial, Provo City Cemetery,
