Dolores M. Hager, age 76, of Glendive, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2003 at the Glendive Medical Center. A Vigil service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Sunday, December 28, 2003 at the Chapel of the Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Glendive. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 29, 2003 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glendive with Father Joseph Ponessa officiating. Rite of Committal will be in the Dawson Memorial Cemetery in Glendive. Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home of Glendive is entrusted with arrangements. Dolores was born on September 7, 1927 in Wibaux, Montana, the daughter of Howard and Grace (Rogers) Tennant. She was raised and educated in Wibaux. Dolores attended Dawson County High School in Glendive. As a young women she enjoyed attending suppers and dances at the Hodges Hall. She was united in marriage to Raymond Hager on March 25, 1946 in Terry, Montana. Dolores enjoyed traveling, fishing and playing bingo and cards. She was a member of the V.F.W. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ray in 1972; her sister, Helen Anderson in 2000; and her brothers, Roger in 1942, Clay in 1968, Jack in 1998, Lee in 2002 and a grandson, Daniel Pierson in 1994. Survivors include three daughters, Judy Kimble and her husband Brad of Saint Louis, Missouri, Renee Pierson and her husband Bruce of Lapeer, Michigan and Yvonne Hager Dorwart of Glendive; two sons, Raymond Hager and his wife Carol of Selah, Washington and Rodney Hager of Billings, Montana; one brother, Ted Tennant of Richey; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Memorials are suggested to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 316 W. Benham, Glendive, MT 59330; Glendive Medical Center Extended Care Facility, 202 Prospect Drive, Glendive, MT 59330; or the American Lung Association of the Northern Rockies, 825 Helena Avenue, Helena, MT 59601.
