Officer Kenneth E. Happe, DSN 0853, was commissioned as a Police Officer on 05/16/1955. After the academy he held the following assignments in these districts and specialized divisions. Officer Happe died while he was an active duty employee of the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department and had served a total of 23.48 years of service. Officer Happe was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served during the Korean Conflict achieved the rank of Corporal.
