Funeral services for D. Alida Fisher, 88, Scottsbluff, who died Saturday at her home, will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Jolliffe Funeral Home in Scottsbluff with the Rev. Vern Greenhalgh officiating.

Graveside services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Kimball Cemetery in Kimball.

She was born to George Bennett "Ben'' and Maude Ethel (Howe) Denson on Feb. 12, 1911 at Meadow Grove, Nebr. She taught school in Wyoming and Nebraska for 45 years before her retirement in 1976.

On June 1, 1957 she was married to Hiram "Hi'' Fisher at Torrington, Wyo.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Shirley and Michael Post of Chesapeake, VA.. and Richardi and Frank Hagerman of Anaheim, Calif; one brother and sister-in-law: Richard and Lucille Denson of Broken Bow, Neb.
