C. R. Cooper Dies From Heart Trouble

R. Cooper, age 61 years, died yesterday evening at 6:30 o'clock at his home at 659 South Main street of heart trouble. Mr. Cooper had been confined to his home for the past five years with a heart condition.

Mr. Cooper is well known here as he has lived in Clinton for a number of years. He is survived by two sons. William, of Monessen, Penn., and Charles, at home; and four daughters, Mrs. Verd Dugger, Mrs. Clarice Canaday, Miss Maude Cooper, and Mrs. Mary Curry, all of whom live in Clinton.

Funeral services are to be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence in South Main street.

Rev. H. H. Wagner of the Christian church Is to officiate.

Burial is to be in Riverside Cemetery.

Occupation: A.C.Butcher & Cooper Lumber, hard-wood sawmill, located in the central-eastern portion of Clinton, near the Wabash riverfront.
