Addie Kay was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, church member, and teacher.
She worked in Special Education at Ellis Middle School in the Sumner County School System, and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Hartsinck; daughters, Jennifer (Rick) Hartsinck Perez, Emily Hartsinck, and Stacy Hartsinck; son, Tim Hartsinck; grandsons, Ricky Perez and Aiden Hartsinck; granddaughters, Reyna Perez, Marissa Perez, and Victoria Stamps; brothers, Drew (Dawn) Johnson, Tom (Diane) Johnson; sisters, Rebecca (Dave) Badten, Mary Ellen (Gary) Kunce; sister-in-law, Sue Johnson; Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and George Ann Johnson; and brother, Woody Johnson.
A Life Celebration Service will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Gallatin, TN, with Bishop Clark Johnson presiding.
