Sarah Suzanne Cooper October 5, 1976 - November 28, 2011 Sarah died November 28, 2011. Sarah was born on October 5, 1976 in Bakersfield, California to Mike Vaughn and Pat Black. The relationship between her and her parents was one of adoration on both sides. Sarah was a popular young lady while growing up. Along with her cousins and friends, spending countless hours in her home and with her family. Sarah was the Vice President of sixth grade class.
From a previous marriage to Justin Farmer, Sarah has two wonderful sons, Jordan and Dylan Farmer. She had a special relationship with each of her sons and she loved them with all of her heart.
Sarah married the love of her life, Nicolas Cooper on June 19, 2006. Together they had a daughter, Madison Cooper. Sarah will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Sarah is survived by her husband, Nicolas Cooper; her children, Jordan and Dylan Farmer and Madison Cooper; her mother, Pat Black and her husband Scott Black; her brother, Jason Vaughn; her maternal grandparents, Oscar and Joy Duncan; her paternal grandmother, Reba Vaughn; mother-in-law, Kita and her husband Ken Mebane; father-in-law, Mike and his wife Cheryl Cooper and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Mike Vaughn; grandfather, James Vaughn and her uncle, Ronnie Duncan and uncle, Frank Terrell. The Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Church, 3331 Calloway, Bakersfield, Ca. (Church is located on the corner of Calloway & Meacham). The family has asked in lieu of flowers, that those who wish can contribute to an educational fund that has been set up for the children.
