ORTMAN, Sabena E., age 79, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, February 25, 1996. She was the daughter of Paul and Kazmiera Kolakowski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Ortman, and her brother, Henry Keller Kolakowski. She is survived by her sisters, Agnes G. Huey and Barbara E. Lockhar, both of Zanesville; niece and nephew, Henry Kolakowski and Jo Ellen Kolakowski, both of Texas. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Wednesday with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the church 1 hour prior to Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church. Services in care of Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel
