Aaron Chester Cotton, 91, of North Little Rock, died Friday. [passed away Friday, July 4, 2008. He was founder of the First Freewill Baptist Church of North Little Rock.-NLFH]
He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Capes of North Little Rock; a son, Jackie Cotton of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Janette Rambin of Texarkana and Betty Keen of Little Rock; one brother, J.C. Cotton of Little Rock; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mr. Cotton was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Cotton; and two daughters, Mary Ellen and Joyce.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Edgewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170.
