NAUGATUCK — Mrs. Barbara Louise (Graf) Petrucelli, 68, passed away Sunday afternoon, Dec. 4, 2011, at Waterbury Hospital. She was the widow of Daniel P. Petrucelli.

Mrs. Petrucelli was born in Waterbury June 8, 1943, a daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth L. (Stone) Graf, and was educated in the Waterbury school system. She was a graduate of Wilby High School and was also a graduate of Waterbury Hospital School of Nursing. She was employed as a registered nurse at Waterbury Hospital for more than 28 years prior to her retirement. She was a Naugatuck resident since 1977 and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Union City.

She leaves a son, Richard "Rich" T. Rigby of Naugatuck, and a brother, Paul Graf and his wife, Jean, of Harwinton.

Her funeral will be held 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, from the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St., and proceed to St. Mary's Church, 338 North Main St., Union City, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 250 Gypsy Lane, Meriden. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until the procession leaves for church.
