William P. Bast, son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Bast, died at his home in Boonsboro Thursday morning at 6 o'clock after one week's illness of heart trouble, aged 21. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of Boonsboro, and has been employed at the War Department and the Riggs National Bank, Washington.
He is survived by his parents and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. E.G. Miller, Keedysville; E. Louise Bast, Washington; John H., Charles R., Gerald, Gwendolyn and Madeline at home.
The funeral will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. Services will be held at the house. Burial will be made at Boonsboro. F. Obenderfer & Son are the funeral director.
