Hazel was born on June 7, 1915, in Kime, Missouri, the daughter of William Jefferson and Minnie (Huggins) Fox. She was employed for 44 years as a cashier at Miss Hulling's Cafeteria in downtown St. Louis. Hazel will be remembered as a loving and caring mother.
Those left to honor her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Janice and John Kaddatz of Bettendorf; her sister, Gladys Diley of St. Louis; and Gladys' daughters, Nancy, Jeanne and Sharon. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and two sisters.
