Toby Keith Travis, 37, Punxsutawney, died Dec. 3, 2011, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He was born Jan. 24, 1974, in DuBois, a son of Kenneth C. Travis, who survives, of Reynoldsville, and Sally (Kennedy) Travis, who survives, of Punxsutawney.
Mr. Travis was an artist who liked to draw.
An organ donor, he was also a member of the F.O. Eagles No. 1231.
In addition to his parents, surviving relatives include a son, Taylor Jarback; a daughter, Chloe Jarback; his maternal grandmother, Helen Betty Kennedy of Punxsutawney; his paternal grandmother, Marie Travis of Reynoldsville; and his girlfriend, Channel Dunlap of Punxsutawney.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Stacey Blake; and his grandfathers, Ronald Kennedy and Nolan Travis.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011, at the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011, at the funeral home with Pastor Johnny Pennington officiating.
Interment will be at Old Ebenezer Cemetery.
The family suggests that memorials in Mr. Travis' memory be made to the charity of the donor's choice
