Kathryn Lee Wethington passed away Sunday November 13, 2011 at her home in Adair County. She was 66.
Born April 4, 1945 in Casey County, she is the daughter of the late Claxton and Lena Allen Pennington. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Robbie Wethington; brother , Joe Pennington; and three sisters, Elizabeth Rose Pennington, Louvina Hamm and Opal Clements.
Survivors include her husband, Dallon Wethington of Columbia; daughter, Kim (Lee) Monday of Columbia; daughter-in-law, Karen Wethington of Liberty; two brothers, W. C. Pennington of Liberty and Vernon Pennington of New Albany, Indiana; three sisters, Eugena Clements of La Salle , IL, and Iva Dean Helm and Brenda Goode both of Liberty; four grandchildren, Kendell, Kerry, Kendra, and Kara.
Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday November 15, 2011 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Casey Davis officiating . Burial is in Whited Cemetery.
Visitation is Monday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
