SPRINGFIELD — A memorial celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at the Chalet Village Club House in Springfield for Delores J. "Dee" Johnson of Springfield, who died Feb. 1 of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She was 62.
She was born Sept. 9, 1947, in McMinnville. She married William Johnson on April 20, 1996, in Laramie, Wyo.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Lynn Smith of Springfield and Emmett Smith of Salem; her mother, Gladys Nyseth Allingham; stepdaughter, Yvonne Caneles of Texas; two stepsons, John and Art, both of Florida; three sisters, Sandy Paxton of Lincoln City, Diane Culp of Girabaldi and Cheryl Ralston of Springfield; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Arrangements by Buell Funeral Chapel in Springfield. Remembrances to the American Lung Association.
