His parents were:
Allen McCune #3288786, and Mary Pinneck, who were married on January 2, 1853
Mary died Aug. 7, 1858
Their children were: Jeanetta, born Oct. 17, 1854, and Andrew J., born May 30, 1858.
Allen McCune died in the Civil War March 27, 1862
The children are listed on his pension and Issac McCune was their guardian.
