MOUNT CARMEL - Andrew Megosh, 87, of 31 S. Locust St., Mount Carmel, died Saturday, Nov. 11, in his residence. Born in Mount Carmel July 31, 1908, he was the son of the late Andrew and Anna Megosh. Educated in Mount Carmel Township schools, Mr. Megosh was a retired coal miner. He was married to the former Catherine Landy, who died in 1970. Mr. Megosh was a member of Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the parish's Holy Name Society. He was also a social member at Clover Hose Company, Mount Carmel. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. James (Rose) Bailoni, Mount Carmel; a son, Andrew, Mount Carmel; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Stephen Megosh, Mount Carmel, and Francis Megosh, Ashland. He was preceded in death by four brothers, John, Joseph, Michael and George Megosh; and four sisters, Anna, Mary, Martha and Helen.
