Chester came to me late one night when I was having trouble sleeping and had some friends over for company. I saw him through the screen door and he "meowed" as if to say "Hello, can I please come in?" Now, usually, when you open the door the kitty runs away. Chester didn't. He came in and made himself at home. He was about 3/4 grown and a very affectionate and vocal young man who very quickly wormed his way into my heart. We went thru some really rough times together and came out the other side a very tight unit. I often refered to him as my furry child. 2011 was a rough year for both of us health wise and He finally got sick enough that we couldn't help him any more, so we let him go to the rainbow bridge to be happy and healthy until we can be together again.
