Riley was born February 12, 1957, in Lawrenceville, the son of Howard Allen "Sadie" and Mary Frances "Pan" Lincoln Hawkins.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Frances Hawkins, of Olney; one sister, Jennifer Kessler and her husband, Stephen, of Olney; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Riley was preceded in death by his father, one brother and one sister.
