My great grandfather Mai (pronounced May I) was a farmer, broom maker and preacher in the Church of Christ faith. He was married three times out living all his wives. His first wife was Margaret Dowdy half sister to his second wife Ella Nesbitt. I haven't been able to locate Margaret's place of burial. He and Margaret had a son Charlie and a daughter Ellen.
He lived all his life in the Belfast and Farmington communities of Marshall Co.
