Joe was the son of Joe Hill and Leota Walker Gregory. He graduated from Leon High School and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was employed with the Florida Legislature for several years before becoming the owner/operator of The Four Corners picture framing shop. He is survived by sons: Joe Hill "Tobie" Gregory, III and Randall "Randy" NeSmith Gregory; mother, Leota Walker Gregory; brother, Phil Gregory; sisters, Robin Wilson, Laura McKane and Sharon Hackney; grandchldren, Chelsea Gregory, Sarah Gregory and Walker Gregory. He is predeceased by his father, Joe Hill Gregory; brother, Rocky Andrew Gregory and nephew, Richard Lane "Bo" Wilson, III.
