Otis Flagler Butler, 46 year old Dover Plains resident, died Saturday from injuries received when he was struck by an automobile on Rt 22. Mr Butler was the son of Mrs Lillian Whalen, the former Lillian Flagler. His father was the late Thomas Butler. Survived by his wife, the former Anita Howell, New Hackensack; his mother; a daughter, Carolyn; a half brother, Supervisor George Whalen of Dover Plains; a step-brother, Albert Whalen, White Plains.
