Jane Lucretia Callaghan was the daughter of John and Jane Lucretia Burch Callaghan. Jane had three children by John "Jack" Burgess (1857-aft 1932). They were Sarah "Sallie" Eleanor Callaghan (1882-1933), m. Robert Julian King (1868-1941); John Callaghan (1885 - ?), and Martha "Mattie" O. Callaghan (1888 - ?), m. Unk Harrison. Jane and Jacob Franklin Neese (1854-1893) were married on 26 May 1887 in Mobile, Alabama, and were the parents of Mattie Olivia Neese Green (1888-1972) Paul Acker Neese (1891-1960). She died in Mobile, Alabama, on 20 Jun 1928.
