Preceded in death by his great grandparents, John & Sarah Seibles great-great grandparents, Frank & Sarah Burton and many other loving family members. Little Bill is survived by his father, Charles J. Barrett Jr. brothers, Charles III and Key'son Barrett, Dorain Bailey sister, Jashell paternal grandmother, Kathryn Barrett special aunts, Iesha Barrett, Stacey Hines, Cassandra and Kenyatta Mooty loving uncles, "Little Man" Hines, Anthony and Gene Mooty special, devoted cousins, Lexus & Allante Mays, Cierra Jefferson, Javon Wilson Jr, De'Rae Parks, Trevon, Daveyon, Ariyah, Tyler & Desirae Hines maternal grandparents, Anthony & Janetta Mooty many other devoted aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Phillips Chapel A.M.E. Church, 230 Fair St., Springfield, OH. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery, Springfield.
