Everett R. Harris, 76, of Holbrook R.D. 1, died suddenly of a heart attack at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 1966, at his home.

He was born November 12, 1889, at Grantsville, W.Va. to the late James and Nancy Wood Harris. He was married December 11, 1922, to the former Eva Roberts who survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Charles W. (Helen) Johnston of Sycamore R.D. 1, Mrs. Joseph (Naomi) Huffman Jr. of Washington and Mrs. Jerry (Nancy Jane) Kiger of Newark, O.; 10 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter and two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Wells of Carmichaels and Mrs. Ellen Phillips of Washington.

A sister, Mrs. Ethel Huffman is deceased. He was a member of the Holbrook Christian Church and for 30 years was employed in highway construction before his retirement in 1962.
