He married Mariette Henrie April 4, 1923, in the Salt Lake City Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She died April 7, 1954. He married Maude Louise Sutton Bandley June 25, 1955, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He is survived by three sons and one daughter: Kent Devon of Orem; Jesse D. of Kirkland, Washington; Parley V. of San Diego; and Joyce Broadhead of Santee, California; one step-daughter and two step-sons: Louise B. Barlow of Burley, Idaho; Paul Bandley of Salt Lake City; and Walter Bandley of Orem; one brother and four sisters: Vernon J. LeeMaster, Salt Lake City; Zina D. Hatch, May, Idaho; Donna L. Johnston and Ruth LeeMaster, both of Provo; and Glennes L. Nelson, Orem; 24 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren.
