POTSDAM, N. Y., Sept. 27 (AP)—Mrs. Sara Snell, widow of Representative Bertrand H. Snell, died today in Potsdam Hospital. She was 84 years old. Her husband, who served 24 years as a Republican in the House of Representatives, died in 1958. Mrs. Snell is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Harold W. Cheel of Ho‐Ho‐Kus, N. J., and Mrs. William E. Petersen of Bronxville N. Y., and three grandchildren.
