Mrs. Cook was born Dec. 6, 1902, in Barry, the daughter of Willard and Elizabeth Mayes Mason. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. She married James Russell Cook in 1922. He preceded her in death in 1968.
Surviving are her son, Charles Cook and wife Margaret of Latham; daughter, Nancy Jane Goff of Lakewood, Calif.; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four great-stepgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
