The funeral of Mrs. Edna McGann was held yesterday morning at the Church of the Sacred Heart, solemn requiem mass being celebrated at 9 o'clock. Rev. James O'Neil was celebrant; Rev. G. Donahoe, deacon; John Lucey, sub-deacon, and Rev. M. McAuliffe, master of ceremonies. Father McAuliffe officiated at New Calvary cemetery, where the remains were interred. Mrs. McGann died from a stroke of paralysis Saturday morning. Her granddaughter, Miss Mary Garrigan, was drowned in the Merced river near Yosemite a few weeks ago."
